Designed by the Roberts Family in 2011, PetzPodz are a premium range of homes for dogs, cats, chickens and small pets.
Inspired by the arrival into their home of a new puppy, the Roberts' realised that standard puppy crates or cages were not fit for purpose, creating anxiety for the puppy and disruption for the rest of the family.
As many dog owners are aware, dogs share many similarities with wolves; their behaviour and needs being very similar, particularly for primal instincts such as selecting a suitable place of safety, to rest or to bear young.
They explored further into this instinctual selection process and based on scientific studies by experts in wolf and canine behaviour they started work on replicating a more natural 'cave-like' environment for dogs.
They created the first 'Puppy Pod' - a unique space which will benefit your dog and you, for life. Their designs - which now include pods for cats, chickens and small pets - have been featured in Tatler magazine, Countryman's Weekly and the Daily Telegraph among many others.
Now the Roberts' have partnered with Cosy Cabins to ensure their uniquely-designed pet homes can reach more families in the UK.
